Experience Sencha-do – sencha is made through a process of steaming, pressing, rolling and drying the tea leaves. Amongst many varieties of sencha, ‘gyokuro’ is the top quality. In Sencha-do (the way of Sencha), the hot water is cooled to 40~60 degrees and poured into a tea pot with tea leaves. You wait for the beautiful colour, aroma and flavour. The tea is poured into five small tea cups and enjoyed with accompanying Japanese sweets.

Session Times: 11am, 12pm, 1pm
