Experience Eumundi Itinerary
If you haven’t yet explored the stunning landscape that is Eumundi, you are missing out! Native bushland, creeks, lush rolling hills and an abundance of native wildlife is right on your doorstep. For a day or a week to remember, come and explore the abundance of natural beauty that Eumundi has to offer.
If you’re travelling North to Eumundi, why not stop in at the beautiful Wappa Falls to stretch the legs. Just a short walk from the carpark, you will find a pristine ecosystem. Bubbling creeks, waterfalls and a swimming hole among the trees. A great spot to take restless kids to break up your early morning trip.
Once you arrive in Eumundi, start your morning of adventures with a heartwarming brew of locally roasted coffee at Eumundi Coffee Roasters on Memorial Drive. Grab a few gourmet picnic items, like some yummy local macademias at Eumundi Servo, to take on your journey into the surrounding natural wonderland of this region.
We are famous for many things in Eumundi, and our giant fig trees are on the list. Iconically Eumundi and undeniably breathtaking. These giants have been part of the community for generations and have seen the area grow and change throughout time. Come and sit under the shade and breathe in the magnificence of our natural diversity.
Just out of town you will find yourself under the towering gums of Eumundi Conservation Park. This is one of our favourite bushwalking trails in the area. Just off Eumundi-Noosa Road, the conservation park is an amazing place to experience the natural wonder of our precious local ecosystems. Pack some snacks from one of our local stores and take the kids into the bushland for a morning of exploration.
All that walking has got to work up a thirst and appetite! Terella Brewing is located just a short (and beautiful) 10 minute drive from the heart of Eumundi. Set on a lush pasture, with a petting farm on weekends for the kids, Terella Brewing Co takes pride in their circular brewing system. Did we mention delicious street food trucks and amazing beer?
If you’re feeling adventurous, go take a hike!! Just minutes out of town is the picturesque Mount Eerwah. Get your favourite outdoor shoes on and make your way through the trees and enjoy the tranquility of birdsong. A special viewpoint to take it all in and see the hinterland from a new perspective.
Fancy a sunset and some sparkling? The perfect way to unwind and reflect on your stay in beautiful Eumundi could look like a drive to Ball Lookout. Take your favourite person for a late afternoon pit stop, or pizza date and watch the sun slip behind the hinterland hills.
