Ashlee Collins – Salon Eumundi
Ashlee has created a trusted environment where locals and visitors alike walk out feeling and looking their best. Her expertise in hairstyling and dedication to her craft, clients, and team reflects the personalised, community-focused service that makes Eumundi special.
❤️ Why Ashlee loves Eumundi, “I grew up in Eumundi, it’s always been home. I love connecting with locals and meeting all the people who move here and love it as much as I do. So many lovely family’s bring their kids up in such a beautiful little town, professionals who retire here and love the quaintness, business owners who bring culture to the town all make it such a special place.”
Tolly Macrae – Bella 101 (becoming ‘Tolly’s’ from 31 March 2025!)
Tolly (& husband Josh) Macrae took over Bella 101 in July 2024. Their vision was to create the ultimate brunch restaurant at the heart of Eumundi. Their motto is, “simple, done well”.
Tolly and family live just down the road in Valdora and have five kids and two dogs, so being busy is their thing!! Tolly has a long history in hospitality gained overseas and in Australia. She is whole heartedly passionate about offering great old fashioned food & service and excellent coffee!
❤️ Tolly says, “I love being in Eumundi as it is a step away from the busy chaos of the Sunshine Coast. The town has a great sense of community and belonging to it, where people are still important!.”


Kate Houghton – Eumundi & Co
Kate’s love for Eumundi and its people is evident in everything she does. A long-time local, through Eumundi & Co. she supports local artisans, makers, and businesses, fostering creativity and strengthening community connections. Kate’s boutique shop sells a wonderful array of local goods and is the perfect spot to find a treat for yourself or a loved one.
