About the Terraces
The Terraces is 4,500m² of paved, multi-tiered outdoor space set among the trees in central Eumundi.
Long terraces run along both sides, divided by a pedestrian street that invites casual strolling.
Partially shaded and fully pedestrianised, it’s built to hold a crowd – with capacity for up to 150 stalls.
A space that knows how to hold an event
Twice a week, The Terraces comes alive as part of the Eumundi Markets, drawing thousands of visitors. It’s also home to the annual Eumundi Thai Festival. Whether you’re planning a market, a festival, a community event or a pop-up, this is a space that’s proven itself at scale.

Availability
The Terraces hosts the Eumundi Markets every Wednesday and Saturday, so these days have limited availability. Bump-in available after 4pm on market days.
Other days of the week may be available – get in touch to check your date.
Terms & requirements
- Minimum public liability insurance of $20 million required
- Hirer is responsible for obtaining any Council permits required for their event
- Hirer is responsible for their own liquor licence, if required
- Noise restrictions and curfews apply – contact Council for details
- Hirer must remove all waste generated by their event
