Eumundi Experience Giveaway – Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Experience Eumundi, details below.

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents. One entry per person is permitted. Entry is not open to employees or contractors of the promoter or any associated partners or sponsors.

3. Competition Period

The competition closes at 11:59pm AEST on Monday, 30 June 2026.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete the survey, including their full name, email address, postcode.

Only valid, complete entries received during the competition period will be accepted. Incomplete or automated entries will be disqualified.

5. Judging and Winner Selection

This promotion is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received.

The draw will take place on Tuesday, 1 July 2026. The winner will be notified via email within seven (7) days of the judging date.

6. Prize Details

The prize is an Escape to Eumundi package valued at $570 and includes:

  • One Night at Imperial Hotel Boutique Accommodation

  • One meal for 2 at Imperial Hotel

  • $50 voucher to spend at Original Eumundi Markets

  • $50 voucher to pend at Eumundi Square

  • $50 brunch voucher at Tolly’s

The prize must be redeemed within 12 months of being awarded and is subject to availability. It is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.

7. Prize Claim

If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.

8. Marketing and Privacy

By entering this competition, entrants agree to receive marketing communications from the promoter. Entrants’ personal information will be handled in accordance with the promoter’s privacy policy and will not be shared with third parties without consent. Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

9. General

The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition or these terms if circumstances arise outside of its control.
